Whole-house rates

Live rates for your dates below, based on 14 guests. All prices include VAT at 20%.

Cleaning & linen: £475 per stay (includes all towels & linen).
Extra guests: up to a total of 22 guests, £30 per guest per stay.

Length-of-stay discounts

3 nights5% off
4 nights7.5% off
5 – 6 nights10% off
7+ nights15% off

Longer stays are very welcome — the discount is applied automatically to the nightly rate.

Booking terms

Deposit & balance

A 25% deposit secures your dates when you book direct, with the balance due on arrival.

Security deposit

A refundable security deposit is taken at check-in and returned on checkout, less any reasonable deductions for damage.

Leaving the house

Please leave the house as you found it. Any additional cleaning required is charged at £20 per hour. Your welcome pack and toiletries are complimentary.

Arrivals & departures

Check-out is 11am, as new guests often arrive the same day. Your check-in time is confirmed when you book.
